He's not very easy to get along with, and he's not above yelling at someone he doesn't like or giving them detention. Mark is also somewhat of a bully, so those weaker than him have best to watch out.

Mark doesn't like to let people get close to him, see just how messed up he is, so his only friend is his colleague, Eric.
Eric Sutton- they knew each other back in England, and now the duo has reunited, though Mark is even worse than he used to be and Eric has cleaned up his act.

He's a typical guy, though he's more of a sex addict than most men.. and Mark knows he's attractive, which doesn't help the situation.
